Made from soft silicone gel, the separators sit between adjacent toes to reduce direct rubbing and compression. They can be particularly useful when a toenail presses into the neighbouring toe or when closely packed toes create a sensitive pressure point during pointe work.

Rather than covering the entire forefoot, A908 provides cushioning only where it is needed. Each separator can be placed between any two toes, helping dancers personalise their protection without automatically adding padding throughout the pointe shoe box.

The flexible one-size shape adapts to different toe positions, while the clear finish remains discreet. BLOCH advises that the separators can also be worn with other types of dance footwear, provided there is sufficient room for them without making the shoe feel tight.

With six separators in each packet, dancers can keep replacements ready in their pointe bag or use different placements according to the needs of each foot.
