POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

The POPFLEX Superbra approaches high-impact support differently. Instead of disguising technical construction beneath a basic athletic silhouette, it turns that construction into part of the design.
Moulded cups, sculpting princess seams and a sweetheart mesh neckline create a beautifully defined shape, while padded convertible straps and an adjustable hook-and-eye band allow the support to be personalised around your body and activity.
POPFLEX Superbra - High-Impact Design & Support
The Superbra was developed around the real problems wearers experience with high-impact sports bras: bounce, shifting padding, uncomfortable straps and bands that cannot be adjusted. The result is a patented POPFLEX design created to provide structured support without losing the softer, more considered aesthetic of the brand.
At the front, moulded cups with fixed padding maintain their shape without removable inserts folding, bunching or disappearing in the wash. Curved princess seams follow the body vertically, adding definition while helping the cups create a more sculpted silhouette.
A breathable mesh panel extends above the sweetheart cup line, providing additional upper coverage while keeping the neckline visually light. This is particularly useful during jumping and faster movement, where a very low neckline can feel less secure.
The padded shoulder straps can be worn straight or converted into a crisscross configuration. Both the strap length and arrangement can be adjusted, allowing you to change the position of the support and create a more secure upper fit when required.
At the back, a four-row hook-and-eye closure allows the band to be tightened or relaxed without forcing the bra over the head. POPFLEX designed this original Superbra for high-impact support through DDD cup sizes, although individual coverage will depend on both bust measurement and body proportions.

What POPFLEX Wearers Notice
The adjustability makes the biggest difference. Wearers repeatedly highlight the combination of adjustable shoulder straps and multiple band settings. The band can sit securely beneath the bust while the straps refine the lift and upper support.
The padded straps feel more substantial. Their wider, cushioned construction helps distribute pressure more comfortably than narrow elastic straps, particularly during longer or more energetic workouts.
Fixed padding removes one familiar frustration. The moulded cups maintain a consistent shape without removable inserts folding or moving. This also gives the bra a smoother, more defined appearance beneath active layers.
Bust proportion remains important. This version is sold by clothing size rather than separate band-and-cup combinations. Two people with the same bust measurement may therefore experience the cup coverage differently, particularly when one has a smaller underband and fuller cup.
Support, Styled Your Way
Wear the straps in their standard parallel position for a familiar bra-like fit, or convert them into a crisscross shape when you want a firmer feeling through the upper body. Loosening the straps slightly before crossing them makes the configuration easier to adjust.

Dance World Notes & Verdict
- Choose your size using the bust measurement first. The adjustable band can refine the underbust fit, but it cannot create additional space inside the moulded cups.
- The crisscross setting changes more than the appearance. It moves the straps inward and can create a firmer feeling through the upper body during high-impact activity.
- The padding is intentionally fixed. There are no removable inserts to reposition, although this also means the cup shape cannot be individually altered.
- Fit is especially important for fuller cups with a smaller underband. This Superbra uses standard clothing sizes rather than separate band-and-cup combinations and is designed by POPFLEX for support through DDD cup sizes.
