Care information

Hand wash gently with mild soap, rinse and allow to air dry completely. Follow any care instructions supplied with the pack.

Remove the pads from your shoes after class so both can air separately. Store the clean, dry pads together in a small pouch or container, away from sharp accessories, and replace them if the gel tears or becomes damaged.

With four pads in two sizes, this handy pack gives you options when choosing padding for your feet. They are easy to keep alongside your toe pads and other pointe essentials, ready once you have found the placement that works for you.

Tech Dance TH050 – Mini Gel Cushions for Toes and Shoe Pressure Points

The compact oval shape lets you focus cushioning on a small area. Designed for use inside shoes at the toe area, the soft gel creates a buffer where the foot meets the shoe. This makes TH050 useful when a particular contact point needs a little extra attention.

In our Dance World experience, dancers also use these little pads as small toe spacers. Positioned comfortably between neighbouring toes, they can provide a soft layer where the toes rub together. The amount of space needed is individual, so the pad should remain secure without squeezing the toes or making the shoe feel crowded.

Each pack contains one pair in S/M and one pair in M/L, giving you two pad sizes to compare. Choose by the area you want to cushion and the room available inside your shoe. Tech Dance describes the gel as hypoallergenic, and the pads are supplied in assorted colours.
