The POPFLEX Crisscross Hourglass® Contrast Leggings have a close, curve-following fit with a soft, supportive active hold.

The asymmetric waistband is officially classified as mid rise. It dips into a V at the front and sweeps higher across one hip, so it will reveal more of the waist than a conventional high-rise legging.

Use your hip measurement as the first sizing reference, then confirm that your waist falls within the same range.

Dance World stocks the Regular length only:

* Recommended height: 162–171cm

Height recommendations are a useful starting point, but individual leg proportions also affect where the hem finishes. Measure from the crotch to your preferred ankle position for the most reliable comparison.

If your waist and hip measurements fall into different sizes, prioritise comfortable coverage through the hips and thighs. Avoid sizing down solely for extra shaping, as excessive tension may distort the crossover waistband.

Wash cold with similar colours and hang to dry.

Use a cool iron only if required. Do not bleach; if absolutely necessary, use non-chlorine bleach only.

Wash promptly after contact with fake tan, body makeup or heavily dyed garments, as marks and colour transfer will be more visible on the white trim. Avoid rough surfaces, exposed zips and hook-and-loop fastenings.

How to Measure for POPFLEX

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Bust

Tops & Bras

Measure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.

Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.

Waist

Bottoms & Skorts

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.

Height

Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.

POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.

Inside Leg

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.

This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.

POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice

The contrast makes the Hourglass shape much more dramatic. The white trim visually maps the crossover and creates a coordinated, fashion-led look when paired with the matching It Girl Bra or Call Me Baby Ringer Tee.

The fabric feels soft and supportive rather than heavily compressive. It follows the body closely, while the heart-shaped back seam and V-shaped waist create the visual shaping.

The pockets are genuinely deep. They are practical for a phone during everyday wear, although heavy or sharp objects are best avoided during repeated dance and workout movement.

Because the waistband is mid-rise and asymmetric, it reveals more of the waist than POPFLEX’s conventional high-rise leggings. Its exact position will naturally vary with torso length, waist-to-hip proportions and size choice.

Choose from both hip and waist measurements. The fabric stretches, but sizing down unnecessarily may distort the crossover and place additional tension on the seams.
Keep pocket loads sensible during training. Phones and small essentials are suitable; heavy keys and angular objects can place unnecessary pressure on the pocket seams.
