- Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure it’s snug but not tight. This will give you your bust measurement.
- Waist: Find the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button, and measure around this area without sucking in.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground for the most accurate result.
