Our sizing advice is a guide based on brand recommendations and customer feedback. Dance shoe fit is highly individual, so we cannot guarantee the recommended size will be the perfect fit for everyone.

Sizing: PortDance generally runs true to EU size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a snug “performance fit,” go half size down; for long socials or wider feet, go half size up.
Width/shape: PD805’s bootie silhouette with higher sides hugs the midfoot. Works well for medium to slightly wider feet. Narrow feet can tighten the lace for a locked-in feel.
Toe box: Peep-toe with free toe splay, your longest toe should kiss, not curl the edge. If a toenail hangs over when weight-bearing, go up ½ size.

Soles (very important):

- If fibers clump or smooth out, brush gently in one direction; don’t over-roughen.
- Use only on indoor, dry dance floors. Pavement or moisture will damage suede.
