Try the legwarmers over your usual dance tights or training base layer. Both cuffs should sit comfortably without digging in, and the body of the knit should allow easy movement. Keep the lower cuff around the ankle and clear of the underside of your dance shoes.

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Girth

Key Measurement

Using a flexible tape measure, start at the centre of one shoulder. Bring the tape down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder, creating one complete loop.
