Size & Fit Advice

Fit: Performance-slim with 4-way stretch; designed to be snug so it stays put through skills.
True to size: Most gymnasts wear their usual leotard size. If you’re between sizes or still growing, choose the larger size.
Key measurement = Girth/Torso: Measure over the shoulder, through the legs, and back to the starting point. Compare to your chart first, then bust/waist/hip.
How it should look: No baggy wrinkles, leg elastic sits flat, shoulders stay in place when you lift arms, sleeves end just above the wrist.
Try-on test: Pike, stretch overhead, and do a few jumps, leo shouldn’t shift or pinch.

After chalk-heavy sessions: Give a quick cold rinse before washing.
