Steps to Measure for the Perfect Baton Length:

Stand Up Straight: Stand with your arm relaxed by your side.

Extend Your Arm: Hold your arm straight out to the side, parallel to the floor.

Measure from Armpit to Middle Finger: Use a measuring tape or a ruler to measure the distance from your armpit to the tip of your middle finger on the outstretched arm.

Choose the Closest Baton Size: Once you have your measurement in inches, choose the baton length that’s closest to this measurement. Baton sizes usually range from 18 inches to around 32 inches, increasing in 1-inch increments. Round up or down to the nearest size.
Common Tips:
- If Between Sizes: Go with the slightly shorter size if you’re new to twirling; it can be easier to handle as you develop your technique. Go with longer size if you more advanced.
